Take it easy
I started the workout on a Monday weighed in and took some measurements. The first work out Cardio was brutal. If you haven't been doing some kind of work out I suggest you don't use the weights. The next day I felt like a truck ran over me and didn't work out the next day. So take it slow. I think it is going to be a good work out as I keep doing it. If you get tired, or it hurts stop and take a break. In the week I did 4 days and it got easier. In the 1st week I lost 2.6 pounds, 1/2 inch on my waist and 1 inch on the hips. I haven't followed the diet yet and so far so good. Just take it easy and it gets better.
