Shipping Policy

Shipping Time -- Please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing once the order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Shipping Cost -- The shipping cost is calculated based on the shipping weight. With the cost of shipping, you only pay the actual shipping costs and nothing more. To determine the shipping costs, simply add the item(s) to your cart, then enter your zip code into the "calculate shipping" box located in the "view cart" screen, and it will display the shipping options and shipping prices. If you need help determining shipping costs, please don't hesitate to ask.
All purchases shipped will be sent out with a tracking number or delivery confirmation number. UPS and Fed Ex provide full-service in-transit tracking. The US post office only provides delivery confirmation service. Orders over $200.00 or overnight orders may be shipped "signature required". All shipments are insured and guaranteed to arrive in good condition. Shipments damaged or lost in transit will be replaced promptly at either our's or the courier's expense.
Once, an order has been shipped, an email will be sent to you. This email may also contain a tracking number. Shipment information will also be uploaded to the site and will be viewable in your account.
